"This is mask of a mythical creature from Odisha. It has an oval shaped face which is elaborately carved but it is not painted. It has narrow and elongated eyebrows, almond-shaped eyes, fleshy and tilted nose and a slightly open mouth, which has a long snout protruding out of it and prominently visible. It has a well-defined facial features while its head is decorated with a heavy and serated crown. It has a wicked expression on his face. The back of the mask is hollow possibly to place it someone's face. "
