"This is a square-shaped tray made from wood. It is lacquered with brown-coloured paint. The tray is decorated with chequered- pattern (on the right side), and a scenic-Japan-village potrayal accompanied with an inscription in Japanese. These are black and cream in colour. The tray is shallow and circular in the centre and has a raised square-shaped edge which has stylised carved design on it. "
