- ArtisticOne of Chattisgarh's wealthiest places in terms of iron ore resources is the Bastar region. Tribal members, in especially Gond and Maria, developed specialisations in the extraction of iron from iron ores, resulting in the emergence of ironsmith groups in the tribe. The neighbourhood began supplying the tribe with arrowheads, knives, and tools for cutting through the jungle in order to meet their demands. As they experimented with different materials and techniques over time, their talent also developed.
